Founder and CEO Neil Rawlinson served for 30 years in the Metropolitan Police Service across a range of disciplines, including safeguarding, major crime, professional standards and homicide. He retired as a Detective Chief Inspector after leading the Met’s review team, identifying service wide improvements and delivering meaningful change for victims.
He was the professional lead for Investigative Interviewing from 2024-2026.
He was highly decorated for his service, representing the Met internationally on numerous occasions and running sensitive projects to high standards.
